Enable "Add To Panel" in Elementary OS [Linux]

In Elementary OS the "Add to panel" option is disabled by default. Here's how to get it back:

1.Open Terminal and type the following:
gconf-editor

2. Go to apps/panel/global and uncheck "locked down"

You're done! Pretty simple quick tip for anyone annoyed by not having that option :)
